Remember, the beginning is always the hardest.
Today, I just want to remind anyone who is starting out on a new journey- whether it be graduating from college, getting a new job, or starting a business-- you will hit a bump in the road- that is guaranteed. But no matter how hard it gets, never give up!
With that said--- 'Oh, The Places You'll Go' is a must read!! It is written by none other than the famous Dr. Seuss. And no, it is not just a children book, it actually gives you a great life lesson. Very inspirational! This is probably the best present I've ever received for graduating college. Who knew that this book would hit the nail on the head- life isn't always easy or perfect, and we all will have to go through that 'waiting place', but just know that at the end everything will be okay...
Here's a little glimpse of what the book has to offer:
Dr. Seuss- Oh, The Places You'll Go |
Congratulations!
Today is your day.
You’re off to Great Places.
You’re off and away!
The waiting place…
Dr. Seuss- Oh, The Places You'll Go |
Sorry, I have to end it there. I really do wish I could share more! It's such a great book... but for copy right purposes.. so you understand, right? Anyway, what a great piece. Loveee it.
If you haven’t read this book, do yourself a favor, and grab a copy. Plus, it will make a perfect present for your child later on!
So to all those starting on a new journey--- just remember one thing
We all have to start somewhere...

@jasmine- aww, thank you! Does he read it every night? One of my baby cousin has to read 'Chicka Chicka Boom Boom' everything night before he goes to bed. That is another great book.
@just me- oh good, she'll love it! Something interesting that you could do is... every year you or your child's teacher write her a little word of advice- in the book. That would be interesting. =)
