CoffeeBreakCraving- It's almost Thanksgiving =)

Can you believe that it’s already November? That means Thanksgiving is just around the corner! Oh my- how time flies. I stumbled across this garland made by JaneeLookerse while looking for Thanksgiving décor. How perfect would this look on the wall or draped over the table? I can imagine the oohs and ahhs I would get for it. There’s so much I want to do this year. I can’t wait!

How do you plan to decorate this year?

Be sure to drop by her shop for more garland decorations. Here are a few more decor items JaneeLookerse has to offer:

And if you're ready for Christmas-- check out her Rudolf Tree Ornament-- how CUTE!

Speaking of Thanksgiving and fall, that reminds me- I better rack rake the leaves sometime this week. It's all over my yard :( Darn those trees. Kidding.

Anyway, how do you plan to decorate this year?

  1. I have a hard time decorating for Thanksgiving specifically. I put up Fall themed things: pumpkins, gourds, straw bales and corn stalks at the end of September. But then I pitch all that as soon as Halloween is over. Now I want to get out all the winter greens for Christmas! ;)

  4. We've never really decorated for Thanksgiving, other than the fun art projects that the kids bring home from school. So you gave me an idea...Maybe we'll decorate this year! Could be fun to do together. =)

Oh - and I so know what you mean about needing to rake the leaves!

  5. We already celebrated Thanksgiving here in Canada, so I am now thinking of Christmas. I wanted to make some felt garlands last year, but I never got around to it...so many ideas, so little time. Seeing your post just reminded me that I must get to them this year...if I don't end up procrastinating again.

  9. The Thanksgiving leaf garland is such a great idea! We go to my dad's for Thanksgiving so we don't decorate much here, but in just a few weeks it will be time to decorate for Christmas! Have fun taking the leaves ;) The one good thing about not having a yard/living in a city is not having to do yardwork ;).

  10. Hello from Etsy Interactive BLogger. I just wanted to say HI and tell you that you have a great post. As a Canadian I feel so left out this time of year. our Thanksgiving is done and over with and the next thing we have to look forward to is Christmas which still seems a bit far away for decorating for.... Having your Thanksgiving between Halloween and Christmas seems so much nicer. Keep Up the BLogging!

  11. I've never been big on Thanksgiving decor. We are always out of town for the holiday and usually decorate for Christmas right before leaving so it is very festive when we get home. However, those garlands are fantastic....I just might NEED one. =)
